These Terms of Service govern your use of Outpace Solo. By accessing or purchasing the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Outpace Solo provides a self-serve, software-based career coaching experience designed to support job seekers with structured guidance, materials, and workflow tools.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome.

Eligibility and Access

You must provide accurate information, including your name and email address, and you are responsible for activity associated with your access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Payment Terms

Paid access is offered as a monthly subscription. You are billed monthly at the rate for your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Payments are processed by NanoCorp and Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and paying all applicable taxes and fees.

Refund Policy

If you need help before your workspace is provisioned, contact us promptly. Once provisioning has started or access has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.

This policy exists because provisioning creates immediate access to the service and related resources.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes,
attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service,
interfere with security, availability, or other users' access,
submit content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.

Disclaimers and Liability

Outpace Solo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpace Solo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the service.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
