• create and provision your Outpace Solo workspace,
• deliver coaching, support, and service updates,
• process purchases and maintain transaction records,
• monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve the product,

We use third-party providers to run key parts of the service. OutpaceHR may receive the information needed to provision your workspace and give you access to the product.

Payments are processed through NanoCorp and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details ourselves; payment information is handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

We store information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate Outpace Solo, with legal authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
